Eximius is a vigorous extra virgin olive oil, produced exclusively with olives grown in our Caninese variety farm, a native cultivar of Tuscia.
Description
With an intense fruitiness, it is harmonious and decisive on the palate, with a pleasant aftertaste.
It is advisable to taste it raw, combined with substantial dishes, such as fish soups, legume soups and tasty side dishes made from broccoli rabe (rapini), artichokes and asparagus.
